PHYSICAL THERAPIST (FULL TIME)
Location: Richmond / Short Pump / Henrico, VA
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $50,000 base + revenue share + bonuses (OTE $85k–$115k+)
Schedule: 40 hrs/week (30 patient-facing)

Bend Movement is a performance-driven physical therapy practice helping active adults move better, stay resilient, and return to the activities they love through personalized 1:1 care. We’re out-of-network by design - because great PT requires time, autonomy, and a patient-centered approach, not insurance restrictions.
We’re growing and looking for a Physical Therapist who believes that movement heals, education empowers, and that everyone deserves performance-level care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1, 60-minute evaluations and follow-ups
- Blend manual therapy, strength training, and movement coaching
- Build and manage your own caseload with our support
- Create individualized plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals
- Communicate clearly and confidently about progress and expectations
- Document efficiently in Jane (training provided)
- Participate in community events, workshops, and injury screens
- Collaborate with our team to maintain a strong culture of care
- Contribute to retention and continuity systems
This is a role with autonomy, mentorship, and the freedom to practice the way PT should be practiced.
Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation: $85,000–$115,000+
(Base salary + revenue share + bonuses + memberships)
You’ll receive:
- $50,000 base salary
- Revenue share per visit (tiered structure)
- New patient conversion bonuses
- Plan-of-care completion bonuses
- Continuity membership commissions (1-, 2-, or 4-visit options)
- KPI-based performance bonuses
