Meet Ben
Owner / Physical Therapist
Ben is a Richmond-based physical therapist who originally hails from Arlington, Virginia. Since moving to Richmond in 2016, he’s made the city his home and the heart of his practice. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019 and has been helping heal Richmond ever since!
With a lifelong passion for movement and wellness, Ben lives by the philosophy of continuous self-improvement—striving to be just a little better every day. He brings that same mindset to his work, empowering others with the tools and knowledge to take control of their own health and wellbeing.
Ben believes deeply in the power of movement not just as a form of exercise or therapy, but as a meaningful way for people to connect. Whether it’s through shared activity, body language, or physical presence, he sees movement as a powerful bridge between individuals. His compassionate and personalized approach makes every patient feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their unique journey to wellness.
Ben and his wife Aubri have two Irish setter sisters named Bunny and Birdie, AND a senior lab named Waldo.

Meet Blake
Physical Therapist
Blake is a physical therapist and is a proud Richmond native. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech, he went on to obtain his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from VCU. Additionally, Blake holds certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA weightlifting level 1 coach.
Blake believes in providing care that is intentional, collaborative, and goal oriented. To achieve this, he blends his background of strength and conditioning with rehabilitation, allowing individuals to continue to exercise through injury and push them to build resilience. He is passionate about tailoring care to each patient’s unique goals and prioritizes fostering meaningful relationships throughout the course of treatment.
Blake values the importance of exercise not only for physical health, but also for mental well-being and community. He has experienced first hand how pain or injury can remove someone from doing what brings them meaning. This perspective drives him to provide holistic care to all.
Blake and his fiance Alexia plan to get married next year. In his free time you can find him cooking, lifting weights, or spending time outdoors.
