  • During your first visit, you will discuss your medical history and current concerns with your provider. This will help provide context about your symptoms or issues, as well as allow you to establish goals for therapy. Following that intake process, your provider will lead you through an objective examination, where your therapist will conduct a detailed physical assessment to identify potential sources of your symptoms. Based on these findings, your provider will construct an individualized program for you, where you will receive a personalized program tailored to your needs. Your therapist will also give you guidance on exercises or activities to work on as well as avoid outside of therapy. Based on the assessment, your provider will establish a plan for your therapy sessions. This plan of care will provide you with a guideline and framework for how long to expect to work through therapy, as well as provide you with a timeline for how long it should take to achieve the goals you lined up.

  • Your initial visit will last for one hour, providing ample time for a comprehensive assessment and personalized treatment plan. Subsequent follow-up visits are also scheduled in one-hour blocks, allowing dedicated time for reassessment, treatment, and progression monitoring.

We provide Superbills for our services, enabling you to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance provider if applicable. Additionally, we accept payments through FSA/HSA accounts, offering you the convenience and flexibility in managing your healthcare expenses while ensuring you receive the dedicated, customized care you deserve.

  • A superbill is a detailed invoice or receipt provided by healthcare providers to patients for services rendered. It includes specific information about the services provided during a visit, such as the date of service, diagnosis or treatment codes, fees for each service, and the provider's information.

The purpose of a superbill is to enable patients to seek reimbursement from their insurance company directly. Patients can submit the superbill to their insurance provider to claim reimbursement for the services received. While the reimbursement isn't guaranteed and depends on the individual's insurance plan and coverage, the Superbill serves as documentation to support the claim for reimbursement of out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.
